Within this opportunity you will lead, actively manage and develop a team of client facing Compliance Services professionals. You will act as the designated MLRO, MLCO and CO for client structures, discharging those obligations to a high standard and liaise with the relevant external parties as required, supporting the business in effective management of risk through the provision of compliance services to client entities.

Applicants should have a Table 4 qualification and relevant compliance qualifications. Applicants should also have comprehensive knowledge of the AML Legislation and the AML Handbook, as well as knowledge of the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 and associated Orders and Codes of Practice for Funds and Fund Services Business. This role requires understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements in which we operate.
