Visit Jersey is looking to recruit a Head of Product who will report to the Chief Executive for the development of the tourism product that will enhance Jersey’s competitiveness and deliver increased visitors.

The primary role is to identify product needs, gaps and opportunities and to find and effect appropriate solutions, working closely with all parts of the tourism and hospitality industries as well as government. This includes all areas of accommodation, attractions, transportation, events and services.

The postholder will develop and implement a strategy to address the identified areas and work with and inspire Jersey tourism suppliers to develop relevant tourism product that echo the Jersey brand proposition. As the Head of Product, you will manage a small team of professional marketers in meeting these challenges and will need to direct, motivate and develop them to ensure that Visit Jersey has the appropriate skills available to fulfil its objective of ensuring that all effective opportunities are explored and developed.
