Full Description

Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to join their Risk & Compliance function where you will assist with maintaining and enhancing a strong compliance framework and culture throughout the business, with a focus on the maintenance and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP). You will be required to identify and stay abreast of applicable Jersey Laws, Orders and Codes, ensuring that these are mapped on to business policies and procedures and recommending any amendments, assist with testing and monitoring, maintaining registers, assist with the resolution of any breaches/errors and proactively advise and promote awareness across the organisation.  The successful applicant will hold a relevant AML/Compliance qualification and have a good understanding of risk factors faced by the business. A hands on and collaborative approach is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a good level of accuracy and attention to detail.  We have new opportunities every day, sometimes every hour!
