Full Description

Experienced IT candidate required to join a busy Technology team and provide frontline support between end users and technology solutions. The focus of the role is to ensure smooth IT operations through dealing with user queries, incident resolution, service requests (eg password resets, software installation), desktop and application support, and user account administration.  Candidates should ideally hold a relevant qualification, and will need previous experience in a service desk environment, technology asset management and technology operations.  You will need excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for technology, and an innovative, enthusiastic approach.  We have new opportunities every day, sometimes every hour!
