Ms Richards new role is to provide strategic guidance and oversight to Canaccord’s international leadership based in Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey.
Arriving with more than 20 years’ experience in financial and professional services, having worked in New York, Toronto, London, Europe, and Asia, Ms Richards has held a range of commercial and leadership roles. That includes for Marsh McLennan and, before that, strategy consulting and transformation roles at Oliver Wyman.
Canaccord Wealth said it is pleased to welcome Ms Richards to the team.
