Ms Oliver joins with 10-years’ experience as an advocate at the Johannesburg Bar focusing on commercial disputes and arbitration particularly in financial services.
She is also a fellow of the Association of Arbitrators which places her well to deal with high value disputes.
She said she has already felt welcomed into the local team: “The world of commercial disputes is a challenging one but the firm’s dedication to client service is at the forefront of its strategic vision, which is something that really appeals to me.”
