It means that Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited, a group company of offshore law firm Carey Olsen, was the leading listing agent for The International Stock Exchange for the fifth year in a row.
Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited also listed over 40% of all new securities on TISE during 2020.
Commenting on the latest set of annual statistics from TISE, Matthew Ecobichon, Counsel in the firm’s debt capital markets team, said the growth in market share of listings of high yield bonds was particularly pleasing.
