Specialising in advising high-net-worth families, trust companies and family offices in relation to succession planning and structuring through trusts, foundations and other vehicles, Mr Guthrie’s practice includes designing and implementing bespoke cross border structures and advising trustees in relation to complex matters and disputes.
In addition to his personal win, the firm was also named ‘Law Firm of the Year – Jersey’ at the Citywealth IFC Awards ceremony, held in London last week.
