Trebert Property Management – a bespoke property management service – has launched in Guernsey, with its services “designed around the individual needs of each client and property”.

Nikki Trebert, who has represented Guernsey in pistol shooting at the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games and competed at 10 Island Games, is behind the new firm.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the property profession, Ms Trebert said she brings the same qualities that define her sporting career to her working career – including precision, composure under pressure, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

With a steady hand and focused mind, Ms Trebert said her sporting attributes translate naturally into property management, where identifying a small issue before it becomes a serious one is the kind of detail that protects homeowners from expensive bills.

“This business was built on experience, attention to detail and a commitment to every client,” she said.

“I care about getting it right and I take that responsibility seriously.  That is the standard I hold myself to.”

Ms Trebert is also offering a Property Health Check service, available to any Guernsey homeowner.
