BDO has launched its annual Employee Recognition Awards, which invites colleagues to nominate and vote for coworkers whom they feel bring life to the values the firm champions every day.
“The awards are a key part of how the firm continues to deepen its people-first culture,” said HR Director Caroline Shakerley.

“The awards are structured to celebrate performance in ways that strengthen collaboration and high levels of client service. Categories cover areas such as teamwork, innovation, continuous improvement and making an impact to the overall firm, reflecting the breadth of contribution across the firm.”
