Highvern is transforming its private wealth and fiduciary business into a “comprehensive” private capital offering.

It comes after a single family office made a long term investment, and mergers and acquisitions earlier this year.

The private capital team will assist international families and their offices manage their money.

The family office investor behind the mid-2025 partnership also supports a philanthropic foundation dedicated to environmental protection and athlete development.

Naomi Rive, Group Head of Private Capital, said: “Our clients are increasingly acting as capital allocators, not just wealth holders. Private Capital is our answer to that evolution — robust structures, forward-looking governance, and director-led relationships that help clients safeguard lifestyles and pursue new opportunities with confidence.

“Highvern is a setting a new standard in response to this fundamental shift in private wealth. This evolution is a deliberate step to anticipate the changing needs of our clients and the industry, building solutions that endure across generations and borders.”

The firm has offices across the Channel Islands, UK, Ireland, the Cayman Islands, Sweden and Norway.
