Staff at SPF Private Clients and Howden Channel Islands have relocated to a new shared office at the South Esplanade.
After almost 30 years in Berthelot Street, mortgage broken SPF recently joined colleagues at Harbour House, while Howden Channel Islands Insurance Brokers relocated to Harbour House from Lefebvre Street.
SPF became part of Howden in 2022, with Howden then expanding its capabilities with the establishment of Howden Channel Islands Insurance Brokers Limited and Guernsey-based captive insurance specialist Howden Captive Services.
Together, Howden’s Channel Islands businesses advise individuals, families, businesses, fiduciaries and professional services firms across Guernsey and Jersey said Henry Mowbray, Managing Director, Head of Channel Islands – Broking.
“Guernsey is a relationship-driven market, and local knowledge matters. Our new office brings our teams together while giving clients easier access to Howden’s specialist expertise and insurance markets beyond the island. It gives us a stronger platform to deliver the best of both: trusted local advice backed by a global network.”
Pierre Blampied, Managing Director, SPF Private Clients (Channel Islands), added: “After almost 30 years in Berthelot Street, this marks an exciting new chapter for SPF. The business has grown significantly since 1997, but the personal relationships we have built with clients remain at the heart of what we do. Moving to Harbour House into more modern offices that continue to be in a convenient location for our valued clients.”
