HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man has been recognised as a leading employer for the third consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute.

The Institute celebrates organisations with a clear focus on practices that create a high-performing workplace and drive business performance, employee engagement, and growth.

The certification was awarded following a thorough and robust assessment, covering key areas including People Strategy, Work Environment, Sustainability, Employee Listening, Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Overall, the Bank in the islands scored 95% in its assessment, outperforming the banking and finance industry benchmark of 88%.
