Global investor services group IQ-EQ has been named a finalist for ‘Employer of the Year’ in the prestigious 2025 STEP Private Client Awards.
These awards are designed to celebrate excellence across the private wealth sector, with the ‘Employer of the Year’ category specifically recognising organisations demonstrating outstanding commitment to their people, fostering workplace culture, and investing in professional development.
It’s not the first time that IQ-EQ has received recognition in this field. Their UK business made the 2025 Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, and their Isle of Man office recently extended its STEP Employer Partner Platinum accreditation, complementing existing accreditations held by their Channel Island offices since 2017, (Jersey), and 2018, (Guernsey).
The company says this accreditation highlights their strong learning and development culture, and commitment to employee growth.
The awards ceremony is set to take place later this year.
