This appointment, “aims to recognise her outstanding leadership and significant contributions to the Group’s strategic development”.
Under Ms Lester’s guidance, the firm says its People & Culture team has evolved to provide comprehensive support across the business.
The company says her strategic vision has been instrumental in aligning the Group’s initiatives with its core values, with a focus on fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
