Nigel Gallienne, Head of Guernsey Products and Solutions, celebrates 20 years.

Alexandra McInnes, Managing Director of Julius Baer Guernsey, congratulated the trio on their “momentous anniversaries”.

“As a company whose history dates back 135 years, we strongly recognise the value of an employee’s loyalty, dedication and ultimately, legacy,” she said. “We want to thank them for their years of dedicated hard work and continued commitment to the future of this company.”

Reflecting on her tenure, Ms Trebert says she was “extremely proud” of the “of the long-standing legacy relationships” she has developed, some dating back to 2002.”

“It’s a pleasure to work in an environment where every day brings new learnings, surrounded by an amazing team who truly care about you and your personal growth,” she added.

Ms Davison noted the “support and mentorship” she had received during her career with Julius Baer.

“I love the variety of my role and cherish the support network I have built,” she said. “Over the years, I’ve become increasingly passionate about fostering inclusion, which led me to put myself forward to lead our local DE&I Working Group.

“It’s rewarding to contribute to a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.

“I have been proud to work at Julius Baer since 2005,” Mr Gallienne added. “The values; care, passion, and excellence shape everything we do. The support I have been given drove my career growth from Markets to the Branch Management Board, that support taught me the importance of nurturing talent.

“It’s for this reason I now mentor younger colleagues to invest in their development.”
