Bedell Cristin Guernsey acted as lead counsel for the vendor’s shareholders on the sale of the group, which also has offices in Malta and Gibraltar.
Bedell Cristin’s team was led by Partner Richard Sharp and assisted by Associate Tendai Gakanje. They also coordinated with overseas legal advice from Hassans in Gibralter and Ganado Advocates in Malta. Anthony Prynn of KPMG also provided sell-side advisory services.
