Mourant has advised on all Guernsey law aspects of the sale of the Cimandis warehouse, which is the largest commercial property sale of 2025.
The law firm was involved with the Pitronnerie Road industrial site which has been sold by a Craigard syndicate, with Manor Farm Food set to takeover after a major period of investment and refurbishment.
The seller is an asset manager who specialises in commercial transactions between £2m and £5m.
They were advised by Guernsey Managing Partner John Lewis at Mourant, alongside senior commercial Associates Alison Wood and Laura Bougourd.
Mr Lewis said “the transaction marks one of the most substantial commercial property deals in Guernsey this year and highlights ongoing investor confidence in the island’s logistics and industrial sector.
“We were pleased to have played our part in the successful conclusion of this significant sale.”
Rock Commercial acted as a property adviser, while Ferbrache & Farrell represented the buyers.
This follows a series of major property transactions for Mourant’s property teams in Guernsey and Jersey, including advising on the largest office investment to complete in the Channel Islands in 2024, and acting for the Channel Islands Co-operative Society on the sale of Leale’s Yard earlier this year.
