Saffery Trust say ‘Vivabalance’ is structured around four main pillars: physical, mental/emotional, social, and financial health.

They add that the initiative is designed to formalise existing strategies, such as the firm’s Workplace Partnership with Guernsey Mind and it’s team of Mental Health First Aiders and Champions.

According to Sharon Coburn, Saffery Trust’s Director of People & Culture, these parts of their company ethos are crucial: “Personal balance underpins both professional performance and long-term job satisfaction, so equipping our people to create their own healthy balances is a key focus for Saffery Trust.”

Ms Coburn continued: “Vivabalance is not just a new initiative, it’s a testament to our dedication in creating a workplace where individuals feel seen, heard, supported, and valued as integral parts of a thriving and inclusive culture.”

Saffery Trust, which was recently named an “Employer of the Year” finalist, collaborated with local Guernsey-based Graphic Designer Dominique Ogier-Keltie to create the new brand.

Ms Coburn says this was the natural choice: “It was important for us to ensure that Vivabalance complemented the existing Saffery Trust brand. We are committed to supporting and investing in the communities in which we operate, so partnering with a talented local designer to bring Vivabalance to life was a natural choice.”

Ms Coburn concluded: “We are proud to announce this launch and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our people.”
