Saffery Trust is offering a four-week paid internship to Guernsey-based students aged 16+, who are studying GCSEs, A-levels, or BTECs.
The programme is aimed at those interested in careers in finance, trust, or support service roles.
It will run from Monday 28 July through to Friday 22 August, and applications must be made by Friday 28 March.
Out of those who’ve applied, four students will be selected who will work in pairs.
They’ll spend time with both client-facing and non-client-facing teams at Saffery Trust, allowing the students to learn about professional qualifications, and study support.
Saffery Trust People & Culture Associate Director, Sharon Coburn, said it’s a great opportunity for students keen on the industry.
“A career in the finance industry is much more diverse than students may know. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand experience across a broad range of career paths, while getting a feel for office life.
“We are looking for enthusiastic team players, with an interest in learning more about the wealth industry. The internship is a highly valuable learning experience both for the students and our team members, who are keen to share their experience and expertise with the next generation of professionals.”
