She joined the practice back in 2012 following the completion of her training in Oxfordshire.
Dr Yates has specialist interested in obstetrics, gynaecology, contraception and family planning, and is the practice lead for women’s health and palliative care. She developed her interests while studying medicine at King’s College London, where she undertook research in pre-eclampsia.
She recently developed a nurse-led contraception service and is currently working on enhancing palliative care services through an audit based on the Royal College of General Practitioners and Marie Curie daffodil standards for end of life care.
“I’m excited to become a partner and I look forward to developing primary care services to meet the changing needs of patients, both now and in the future,” Dr Yates said.
