Oak Fund Services welcomes two people to the board

OFS was formerly the International Administration Group before being acquired by Oak Group in May 2019; Tracy Lewis and James Christie are now both board members.

Ms Lewis was promoted following 20 years’ experience in offshore fund administration, she has become OFS’s head of operations.

Mr Christie will continue to be responsible for managing a number of client relationships.

“They have a wealth of experience in all aspects of fund administration and have shown remarkable commitment to Oak during the challenges which we have all faced from the pandemic over the last year.”
