Independent professional services group Praxis has announced the promotion of 44 colleagues across its global network, marking significant professional growth and organisational impact.

The January promotions include two new Directors, Tom Zierer and Charlotte Barnes, and two new Associate Directors, Kamar Alameddine and Craig Platt, which Praxis says reflects its commitment to developing leadership talent from within.

A further 40 people have been moved up across the Group’s offices in the Channel Islands, Hong Kong, Malta, Mauritius and the UK.

In Guernsey, Mr Zierer has been promoted to Client Relationship Director, Ms Barnes has been promoted to Director level in her role as Group Head of Marketing & Communication, and Craig Platt has been made Associate Director. Ms Alameddine has been made Associate Director in the Dubai office.

The additional promotions span Praxis’ global offices, representing the talent across the business said Group CEO, Rob Fearis.

“Congratulations to all 44 colleagues recognised this year. The strength of our NextGen talent and the breadth of in-house expertise continue to enhance Praxis’ offerings to clients and communities we operate in.

“These promotions underscore our dedication to cultivating talent and delivering excellence across our global operations in 2025 and beyond.”
