Three Channel Islands colleagues at Praxis have been promoted under the firm’s new promotions framework.

Two new Associate Directors have been announced in Jersey, and one in Guernsey.

Maxine Lilley has been promoted to Associate Director in the Jersey Private Wealth team.

With over 20 years’ experience in the offshore fiduciary industry, including five at Praxis, Ms Lilley works on a variety of structures for high-net-worth clients, including families, bringing depth of expertise and a strong client focus to the team.

Also in Jersey, Sam Richardson has been promoted to Associate Director – Head of Infrastructure.

Mr Richardson joined Praxis in 2022 and oversees the group’s global IT systems and infrastructure strategy, ensuring technology continues to support the firm’s operations and client service effectively.

In Guernsey, Charlotte Neill has been promoted to Associate Director – Group Head of People Business Partnering.

Ms Neill, who joined Praxis a year ago, leads the People Business Partnering team across all jurisdictions.

She works to align the group’s people strategy with business priorities and supports colleagues’ development and progression.

Ms Lilley, Mr Richardson and Ms Neill are the first Praxis colleagues to be promoted under the new model.

It differs from the industry-standard annual promotion cycle, the firm says, in that colleagues can receive promotions throughout the year and “as soon as colleagues demonstrate they are ready to take the next step in their careers”.

It also allows the firm to “recognise individual development” and “stay ahead of client and business demands”.

Praxis Group CEO Robert Fearis said: “As a forward-thinking, people-first firm, we have implemented this new, agile framework to enable us to recognise performance as it happens, strengthening our teams in line with the evolving needs of our clients and the Group.

“We believe in creating an environment where people can do their best work, feel valued and grow, and I congratulate Charlotte, Sam and Maxine on their continued success.”
