The International Stock Exchange has promoted Janette Crowley and Vince Ylarde.
The wholly-owned subsidiary of Miami International Holdings, Inc. has confirmed they are now Head of Finance and Senior Analyst in the Market Regulation Department respectively.
Ms Crowley joined TISE in September 2021, and was responsible for financial reporting, financial control and management information while Mr Ylarde joined TISE in May 2024 as an analyst on the Market Regulation team which is responsible for the supervision and enforcement of the Listing Rules and Membership Rules that regulate the conduct of issuers and members of the exchange.
