In Jersey the trust and corporate services provider will replace Ms Pearce with Clive T Wright.
In this newly created role she oversees the management of all of Vistra’s business divisions across the UK, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey and will work in collaboration with Vistra’s divisional and commercial leaders.

Mr Wright will have full responsibility for the leadership and strategy development of the Vistra Jersey office, which specialises in wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.
