Reporting to Vincent Bremmer, Regional Managing Director of Europe, Jane Pearce will oversee the management of all of Vistra’s business divisions across the UK, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey and will work in collaboration with Vistra’s divisional and commercial leaders.

Mr Bremmer, Regional Managing Director of Europe, said: “Jane will drive a coordinated business strategy across the UK, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey to help us achieve Vistra’s growth vision in the long term. 

“With Jane’s track record of leadership success at Vistra Jersey in the past three years, I am confident that she will lead the businesses to achieve new heights in the years to come.”

To succeed Ms Pearce, Clive T. Wright has been appointed as Managing Director in Jersey. Mr Wright joins Vistra from Kleinwort Hambros where he was Head of Private Wealth Management in Channel Islands and Deputy Head of Private Banking.

Commenting on Mr Wright’s appointment, Ms Pearce said: “We are delighted to welcome Clive to the Vistra leadership team.
