Young executives will have the chance to learn lessons on resilience from a former UK Special Forces team leader at the next event of the Institute of Directors Next Gen Forum.
John Watkins, CEO of Resilience Development Co, will lead two workshops on building resilient teams across sectors based on real-world experiences.
The two sessions have a capacity of 20 people each and take place on 24 September from 13:00 in the IQEQ boardroom at Plaza House.
Attendees will gain skills to use at work and at home, and shared language tips to help strengthen team culture.
Later that evening, the Forum will meet for a mixer at Buho to discuss the findings and network.
