In Guernsey, the panels of speakers will also include Mike Pickard,Director, Global ILS and Commercial Management at Aon; Rebecca Booth, Non-Executive Director; as well as PwC CI’s Harry Philpott, Senior Manager, Real Estate, and Tori Davis.
Commenting on the events, PwC CI’s Sustainability Leader, Ali Cambray (pictured top) said: “Real estate assets, and the wider built environment, are critical to how we shape a sustainable future, with ever-increasing expectations for environmental and social impact, community placemaking, and resilience. This is driving innovation in how such developments are financed, through different mechanisms, structures and partnerships.
“In line with the ambitions of Jersey and Guernsey as leading sustainable IFCs, and building on jurisdictional strengths in real estate investment, there is an opportunity to further build, collaborate and promote our capabilities and offerings for sustainable real estate finance. These events aim to bring those opportunities to life.”
