Source Recruitment Jersey has launched as a sister agency to Source Recruitment Specialists Limited, an established Guernsey agency for 20 years.
Stephanie Brackley, a local HR professional with extensive senior-level expertise, will lead the Jersey office.
With more than 20 years’ HR, leadership, and operational experience and with 14 years’ on-island HR experience, Ms Brackley brings a wealth of senior management skills to the table, including talent management, succession planning, leadership and HR strategy.
