Specsavers has been ranked 12th in the World’s Best Workplaces list. The company moved up four places from the previous year, and is the highest-ranked UK-based company.
It also claimed the top retailer spot on the global list.
The ranking’s are compiled by ‘Great Place to Work’, and are based on an employee survey process that included over nine million responses globally.
To be considered, companies must have at least 5,000 global employees and have been recognised on a minimum of five national Best Workplaces lists worldwide during 2024 or early 2025.
Specsavers was also separately ranked 8th on the European list and 26th in the UK list, whilst it claimed top spot in Denmark.
