International law firm Spencer West has launched a distinct offshore law firm in Guernsey to advise on corporate and finance matters.
SW Offshore brings together local and international expertise in a partner-led approach to the market.
Guernsey Advocates Sam and Tania Shires are teaming up with Micheal Morris and Donald Miller, giving the firm access to services in over 20 jurisdictions such as the BVI and Cayman Islands.
The Shires’ bring over two decades’ experience in corporate, funds, financial services, commercial and public sector law across private practice and in-house roles.
Ms Shires has also served at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the Law Officers of the Crown.
