Mr Meader studied locally, completing his GNVQ in Business Studies at Guernsey College of Further Education.
He started his career in 1999 working for CGNU, now Aviva, as a Trainee Commercial Underwriter and then made the move to Insurance Broking, in the role of a Personal Lines Broker. In 2002 Ben took on the challenge of Commercial Insurance Broking, specialising in Property Owners, Financial Lines and other Commercial Risks.
