Vega Technology has announced Anne Maddocks as its new Customer Success Lead.
Ms Maddocks joins the company after over 25 years working across software, customer success, and client relationship management.
In her new role, Ms Maddocks will lead initiatives to expand Vega’s client training, which the company says will include webinars, workshops, and individual support sessions to help clients use their software and adopt new technologies.
David Collings, Managing and Technical Director, said: “Understanding our clients’ needs has always been central to how we develop and evolve our solutions.
“Anne’s experience and industry knowledge make her a valuable addition to the team and she will play an instrumental role in strengthening client engagement as the business continues to grow.”
Ms Maddocks has expertise in the wealth management sector, and holds a Professional Diploma in Instructional Design, the company said.
The appointment coincides with an expansion of Vega’s software offerings aimed at digital transformation, operational efficiency, and AI adoption within financial services.
