The People’s Choice award is chosen through votes cast by the public from a shortlist of entrants.

This includes garden rooms and small extensions, through to pub and office fit outs, a medical practice and a nightclub.

Other winners are chosen by the judges, who have now finished their site visits and will be deciding on the winners in the main categories.

Those categories are: 

  • Small Projects (up to £250k)
  • Single Residential Renovation / Extension
  • Single Residential New Build
  • Heritage
  • Commercial
  • Office Fit Out
  • Multiple Residential Development

The winners of all categories will be announced at the presentation evening on 12th April at the Princess Royal Centre for the Performing Arts.
