The Butcombe Group – which operates pubs and inns across the south of England and the Channel Islands – has been named in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list for the second year in a row.
The annual list is based largely on direct feedback from employees and seeks to highlight organisations across the UK that excel in employee engagement, wellbeing and workplace satisfaction.
Cat Moseley, chief experience officer at the Butcombe Group – which also encompasses a brewing and drinks business – said the recognition was “something we’re incredibly proud of”.
To receive this recognition more than once is a real testament to their dedication and to the progress we continue to make as a business
