Suntera has appointed a global integration director – as the bespoke funds, corporate, and private wealth services provider looks to “strengthen and scale” its organisation.
The role has been taken on by Gemma Qin, who will work to support the firm’s ongoing growth and acquisitions strategy.
Based in the UK, she will lead and co-ordinate Suntera’s global integration activities, working closely with teams across the company’s global network and business functions.
Ms Qin holds 12 years’ experience working with senior executives, boards and investors across multiple industries in the US and UK, with a career that includes time at one of the ‘Big Four’ accountancy firms as well as a major global law firm.
She said: “Suntera has a clear ambition to grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions, and the quality and pace of its recent expansion create an exciting opportunity to build on that momentum.”

Suntera has made five strategic acquisitions over the last twelve months amid efforts to bolster its cross-border fund, corporate and fiduciary capabilities.
The firm’s chief executive, David Hudson, said Ms Qin “brings a deep understanding of our business, a collaborative approach to bringing people together, and a proven ability to turn strategy into meaningful outcomes”.
