Entitled ‘Risk: both corporate and personal’ it will be held at Longueville Manor Hotel on Thursday 13 March. It will be followed by a drinks reception and the opportunity to meet Mr Jones and the partners. Mr Jones has joined Hanson Renouf to build on the firm’s existing litigation expertise and proceeds of crime work.

The seminar, which will be chaired by Advocate Mark Renouf, is aimed at those working for a financial or trust institution. Mr Jones will address a number of issues, including aspects of risk,  personal liability of and risks for executive and non-executive directors and future trends. In addition, Advocate Timothy Hanson will speak on recent legal developments in proceeds of crime and Jersey trusts.

The seminar will commence at 4 pm, to be followed at 6 pm with drinks and canapés in the hotel’s Bateman Room. The cost is £35 per person on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
