Two Investec Bank Channel Islands employees were among the financial services professionals recognised at the 2026 Jersey Compliance Awards.

The inaugural awards ceremony saw Investec chief compliance officer Christian Boudin named Compliance Leader of the Year, while the bank’s money laundering reporting officer Simon Kinsella won the Training and Development category.

The Jersey Compliance Awards seeks to recognise “judgement, governance, and commitment to financial crime prevention” across the industry.

Jane Niles, chief executive officer of Investec Bank Channel Islands, said Mr Boudin’s and Mr Kinsella’s achievements reflected “the strength of the culture Investec has built in the Channel Islands”.

“Regulation is central to maintaining trust, but it also helps colleagues support clients with clarity, confidence, and care,” she continued.

“Their success highlights the quality of our people and the importance we place on strong standards, practical judgement, and long-term client relationships.”
