The online nominations will first be reviewed and shortlisted by a panel of three independent judges:

- Alexia McClure, Chief Operations Officer at Jersey Business
- Stuart Penn, Operations Manager at Skills Jersey
After this, voting will open to the public on 20 March via the Jersey Finance website and the winners will be announced on 12 June.
Categories include treasury, law, accountancy, funds, compliance, banking, trusts, digital, marketing, human resources, operations/secretarial and corporate social responsibility.
“It is so important to engage with and inspire the next generation of finance professionals in our industry, making sure they appreciate the vital part they have to play in Jersey’s success as an International Finance Centre,” Joe Moynihan, Jersey Finance CEO, said.

“Moving into a new decade, the youngest in our industry will be our future leaders; they’re the ones learning cutting edge skills in a number of areas and who have the confidence to face new challenges that the coming years may bring.
“We hope that our member firms will take this opportunity to celebrate their most talented and promising young colleagues and put them forward for the first Jersey Finance Rising Stars Awards this summer.”
