The “rising stars” of the island’s finance industry were recognised at Jersey Finance’s annual awards ceremony last week.
The Rising Stars Awards, now in their sixth year, celebrate and spotlight the outstanding contributions of young professionals across finance and related professional services sectors.
A panel of independent judges selected a shortlist of young professionals for each of the 14 categories.
Members of the public then cast their votes to determine the winners in each category.
The ceremony, which took place at the Royal Jersey Showground on Friday, was introduced by Jersey Finance CEO Joe Moynihan, who highlighted the importance of supporting young local talent to maintain a sustainable and resilient future workforce on the island.
“We’ve been thrilled by the fantastic level of engagement with this year’s awards,” he said.
“It’s a true reflection of the exceptional calibre of emerging talent within our industry.
“The enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication demonstrated by these individuals, both in their workplaces and within the wider community, has been nothing short of inspiring.
“Huge congratulations to all of this year’s winners and shortlisted nominees.”
