The Channel Islands distribution company pledged that Jersey Vending Services’ existing staff and contracts would be retained.
Commercial Director Joel Richardson commented: “We are thrilled to confirm that Dave Crabtree and the JVS team are now part of the Mercury family, and we will now be able to offer these additional products and services to our customers in Jersey and Guernsey.

Dave Crabtree added: “JVS has been my baby for the last 20 years. I have been looking to expand and the most important thing was to team up with another company with the right values and with Mercury, I have found the perfect fit.”
