Kayla holds a degree holder in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria. She joined EY’s Johannesburg office in 2018 as a trainee, then gained industry experience across sectors including energy and natural resources, wealth and asset management, and telecommunications.
Providing audit services to numerous high-profile businesses has further expanded her skills.
In addition to her client commitments, Kayla has been integral in training and mentoring initiatives within EY. She is a career counsellor to trainees and led several training sessions for new recruits, making considerable contributions to the firm’s talent development efforts.
