Held yesterday at the Pomme d’Or, the event saw lead speaker Perrin Carey, founder of governance consultancy CoSteer, joined by guest panellists Heidi Gibaut, Group Managing Director of Law at Work, as well as Alexis Dolling, Executive Director of People and Culture for the JFSC, Kate Wright of The Diversity Network and Divya Mahendran, Head of Governance Development at CoSteer.
The event also helped raise funds for the recently established Butterfly Effect Café – a not-for-profit dedicated to assisting abuse survivors in finding employment and training opportunities.
Its Chief Executive, Cheyenne O’Connor, said the money would be used to support the training of two staff members to help offer counselling services.
