Mark Godel, a director of PKF BBA, said: “This is a very exciting time for our firm and we are delighted that we have been invited to join such a prestigious and professionally recognised network. Joining PKF gives us access to a vast range of resources and international expertise.”

“We are able to refer clients to another PKF member firm with the confidence that they will receive the same high standard of service that we provide. We will be able to offer the audit services of a PKF group member for the first time in Jersey. There will also be opportunities for our staff to undertake international secondments and further training to enhance the services to our clients.”

BBA was established in 1989 and now has 23 on the team. The firm will remain owned and managed by the present partners and will retain all the existing staff.

Mr Godel continued: “Our clients will still be personally attended to by a director and our friendly, professional staff and fee levels will not change, although our overall service is now supported by the expert global network of PKF.”
