The awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the exceptional achievements of individuals at director level within private, public and voluntary organisations across Britain.
The Jersey shortlisted directors are:
- Director of the Year – CSR: Chris van den Berg, Director, PwC Channel Islands
- Director of the Year – International: Tim Brown, CEO, Jersey Post
- Director of the Year – Large: Andrew McLaughlin, CEO, RBS International
- Director of the Year – Public Sector: Tony Moretta, CEO, Digital Jersey
- Director of the Year – Start-Up: Tom Hacquoil, CEO, Pinpoint
- Director of the Year – Third Sector: Dina Cook, COO, Wetwheels Jersey
- Director of the Year – Young: Natalie Passmore, FD, Jersey Water

The winners of the IoD Director of the Year Awards will be announced in London on 18 October.
