“Change is so much more than just a process or system transition. It’s about the people involved. I concentrate on the individual’s desire to transform, the organisation’s culture, how the people are led, and their knowledge and understanding of the change.
“Organisations are beginning to understand that the only way to truly realise project benefits, is when they can help their people change their behaviour. This will only happen if they focus on the emotion of change, understand where there might be resistance and take action.”
Leonie McCrann, CEO (British Isles), Marbral Advisory commented:“Change comes in many forms and with numerous catalysts from disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence to regulatory and socio-economic opportunities and challenges. It is more important than ever that companies have trusted partners who can support their leadership teams to navigate their people and organisations through such change. Dawn has a proven track record in doing just that. She is a driven, resilient change agent and we are delighted to welcome her to the Marbral team.”
