The awards are based on customer feedback scores compiled by global ratings and review provider Feefo.

For the awards, the hotels were chosen in two categories: 5 & 4 star hotels and 3 & 2 star hotels – 4* Hotel Cristina and 3* Merton Hotel, respectively, won in those categories while the Merton was chose as overall winner. 

Among the shortlisted hotels were the Monterey Hotel, Runnymede Court Hotel, Pomme D’Or Hotel and Somerville Hotel.

Andrew Mabbutt, CEO of Feefo said: “The awards recognise the superior service companies provide based on authentic and genuine customer feedback.”

Over in Guernsey, the 3* Duke of Normandie Hotel won the overall awards after topping the 3 & 2 star category while the 4*Duke of Richmond topped the 5 & 4 one.
