Mourant Governance Services has been awarded the headline accolade at this year’s Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) Jersey Branch Awards.
The firm was once again named the winner of the Governance Award 2025.
Mourant Governance Services provides corporate, accounting, governance and fiduciary services across international finance centres.
The firm, alongside fellow nominees, underwent a judging process that included adherence to criteria such as good governance principles, risk management frameworks, knowledge sharing and the innovative use of technology.
The award was ultimately presented to Mourant Governance Services at the CGI Jersey Annual Dinner, Graduation and Awards Ceremony on Friday 17 October.
The event recognised organisations that demonstrate exceptional standards in governance, risk management, innovation and commitment to professional development.
Stephen McGrath, Jersey Managing Director at Mourant Governance Services, said it was a “tremendous honour” for the firm to receive the award again and be recognised by the institute.
“This achievement reflects the depth of expertise and dedication within our team. It’s a testament to the strength of our people, the quality of our services, and our ongoing commitment to excellence across all areas of governance,” he added.
“Winning this award is the perfect way to cap what has been another exceptional year for us as we continue to grow our expert global team, which now numbers 145 in Jersey alone.”
