Dr Elena Moran will take on the role, while English solicitor Laura Le Meur is also joining the law firm as Senior Associate.
Commenting on her appointment, Dr Moran said she was “excited” to join Ward Yates.
“As a litigator specialising in contentious trusts and corporate disputes I look forward to offering clients a dispute resolution service that is in keeping with the firm’s emphasis on technical quality and client responsiveness,” she commented.
